Foodie heaven at Broadway Market

There are very few places better equipped than Broadway Market to pass a Saturday. Home to traders since the 1890s in the heart of Hackney, this is a vibrant market that will satisfy any foodie’s cravings! Just in case you weren’t already spoilt for choice, you’ll also find independent shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes on this tiny street between the Regent’s Canal and London Fields. So make a plan with a bunch of friends, grab some food from the market and head to London Fields (preferably on a sunny day) to enjoy the fresh produce and authentic dishes on offer. And, for those of you who have a sweet tooth, you won’t be disappointed!img_7566-1img_7570-1img_7569-1img_7547-1img_7581-1img_7594-1img_7591-1img_7571img_7599-1img_7564-1img_7596-1img_7558-1img_7551img_7552-1img_7553img_7544img_7576-1img_7603-1 To end the foodie experience (and to burn some of the calories off), walk over to Palm Vaults for some seriously good coffee! You’ll probably also spot some cool street art on the way there – it is the East End after all!img_7531-1img_7521img_7527The market is open 9am – 5pm every Saturday, with shops, bars and restaurants open throughout the week.
